Preparing for your visit
Here’s a checklist to help prepare for your pet’s hotel vacation:
Petworld Resort provides Hill’s pet food. We strongly encourage you to bring your pet’s own food if it is not a brand that we provide. Dietary changes can result in digestive upset. We can freeze, refrigerate and microwave food as requested. We ask that you pre-portion your pet’s meals in plastic baggies.
We serve your dog Hill’s biscuits throughout the day and for a bedtime snack however you are welcome to bring favorite treats from home.
We provide a comfortable bad for each guest. You may bring your pet’s own bed, blanket, towel or t0shirt from home, but please be reasonable with regards to size.
You may bring any toys that you feel will make your pet’s stay more enjoyable. Please do not bring any toys that have sentimental or memorial value. As there is a chance that the toy may be damaged.
We request that you bring your pet’s medications clearly labeled with specific instructions to ensure accuracy in his or her medical routine. Please note that we do not administer injections. There is an additional charge for administering medication.
Petworld Resort provides food and water bowl for our guest. You are also welcome to bring your pet’s own bowls. However, please do not bring over any breakable item.
Please notify us of any significant health issues and/or any charges in your pet’s recent behavior or routine. Your pet’s health is our first priority and any pertinent information will be very helpful as we try to maintain a comfortable and safe experience.
Please have two emergency contacts prepared for check-in. while we prefer to speak directly to you, we realize that you may need to leave the name of a trusted friend, relative or neighbor if you feel that you may be difficult to reach. Most often people supply their cell phone numbers.
